Success means that the victim's condition has been stabilized, and he may be moved to the standard Care Unit (as normal Hospital fees). CR-type surgeries require 2 days in ICU + two weeks in standard hospital.
Medical Insurance 500/mo     Reduce Medical costs by 2/3. More expensive Insurance policies may cover more. Note that no "standard" insurance policies cover Black Cyberware. (Obviously Corp special teams are excempt...)
